  • Cook wings in batches for 24–28 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

Buffalo Sauce:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, sugar, cayenne (if using), and salt.
  • Mix well and heat for 1–2 minutes.

BBQ Sauce:

  • Combine BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, mustard, and Worcestershire in a pan.
  • Heat gently until glossy and warm.

Step 4: Toss and Serve

  • Toss hot wings in your preferred sauce.
  • Serve immediately with celery, carrot sticks, and a side of blue cheese or ranch dip.

Tips

  • Dry wings = crispy wings. Don't skip the pat-drying step.
  • Baking powder helps break down skin proteins for crunch without frying.
  • Toss wings in sauce just before serving to keep the crispiness.
  • Double-bake or air fry for 5 more minutes if you like extra crunch.
