MaaTricks Eggless Vanilla Cake Premix

Just add water and oil!

Ingredients to Add

  • 1 full pack of cake premix

  • 1 cup water

  • 6 tablespoons neutral oil

Baking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven
Preheat to 325°F (163°C).

2. Prepare the batter
Empty the entire pack into a mixing bowl. Add the water and oil. Mix just until smooth and evenly combined. Do not overmix.

3. Fill your pans

  • For cakes, use greased and parchment-lined pans.

  • For cupcakes, line the cupcake tray with paper liners and fill each liner halfway.

4. Bake

  • Two 6-inch round cakes: 25–30 minutes

  • One 8-inch round cake: 30–35 minutes

  • 24 cupcakes: 15–20 minutes

5. Check for doneness
Insert a toothpick into the centre. It should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs. If needed, bake for a few additional minutes.

6. Cool
Allow the cakes to cool in their pans before carefully removing them. Cool completely before slicing or frosting.

 

Tips for a Perfect Cake

  • Measure the water and oil accurately.

  • Use room-temperature water.

  • Place the pan on the middle oven rack.

  • Avoid opening the oven during the first 20 minutes.

  • Baking times may vary depending on your oven and pan.
