Background
Burgers have a fascinating journey, with origins tracing back to 19th-century Germany, where Hamburg steak—a minced, seasoned meat patty—became popular. As German immigrants brought this concept to the U.S., it evolved into the iconic sandwich with a bun we know today. Burgers have since become globally beloved, with each region adding its own twist. Chicken burgers are a lighter, healthier version that has gained popularity worldwide for their juicy texture and versatility.
