Background
Buffalo sauce is a fiery, tangy, buttery condiment originally made famous in Buffalo, New York. It was created to coat crispy chicken wings, but today it’s a beloved sauce for sandwiches, burgers, wraps, cauliflower bites, and more. Its signature balance of heat and richness comes from hot sauce combined with butter—a simple yet iconic duo.
